SOHC turbo manifold

Hey I wanna build my own manifold for my sohc with parts from this place,
http://www.jgstools.com/turbo/ . The problem is that the flange they offer is for the B6 (Miata I'm guessing) and I know that it won't bolt up to my sohc. So I was wondering if the actual exhaust ports lined up or not. If so they could send me the flange with the exhaust ports cut out and all I would need to do is drill the holes to fit my head. So does anybody know? Sorry for the long post.

eheh i remember when i first found that site, there was NO interest.. anyway you can get some 1/8" thick steel, trace the flange gasket onto it and have someone with a plasma cutter cut it out for you... and wala! instant b6e flange.

cut the flange away from the header and use your flange as a starting point. take it to someone who can weld and make sure the manifold will align the turbo correctly and the downpipe also..

Now, I can reply to that quote
If you take the exhaust mani and cut the lower plate for the turbo, there might be some trouble with the turbo alignement, and the feed alignement.
My friend just tried that with his 1.8l SOHC, a bore of our 1.6l.. and encounter that trouble.

can you clarify on what you mean by turbo and feed alignment? you mean mating the turbo to the stock header runners?

Nah, we found some place on the block to feed the turbo with oil and prestone..
Juste an adapter.. there was a bolt there.. but if we use an adapter too long, we can't even plug the hose..
