Battery Slow Drain

I was having some problems with my battery. I just bought a motomaster eliminator about 5 months ago, and didn't really drive alot over the winter. When I went out out a few weeks ago, the battery died, so I charged it up. I took it out again last week (after charging it up) and it died on me at gas station (so I recharged it again). Figuring it was alternator, I let it sit and charge for a bit.
A few days ago I was going to take it to get the alternator fixed. I charged it up, took it to a garage and alternator was fine, they told me battery was crap. We charge it up for 1/2 hour, took it to Crappy Tire, and got my free replacement. Now I'm looking for slow drain, and I think I found it.
I tested amperage on all the fuses and found that the ROOM fuse was drawing 20 to 30 mA of power. Is that too much?
I also tested the BTN FUSE under the hood and it was drawing around 100 mA, so I'm figuring I have a short somewhere inside under the dash somewhere.
I did crimp some wires back there, when I had the stereo amp installed, and I suspect it might be that, but I removed the amp years ago, but probably left some T splicers back there. (I'm going in to remove everything right now).
Question: Do you think that a 0.1 Amp draw from the BTN FUSE is too much?
