I'm having problems with the install of the intercooler up-front.
I know I need to remove the bumper and do some cutting - no problem.
The fans, radiator and AC radiator are making me nuts.
The piping is not a problem, I can cut up the fender wells, etc. to make it fit.
What can I use for mounting the IC itself? I thought about flat aluminum bars bolted to the frame and making a small shelf.
How are you guys getting it mounted?
I am doing this at home trying to save money, or rather, I ran out of money for the pros to do the job.

HELP! Email me! Send pigeons to my house!
RF

The truth is my i/c isn't really mounted. I was going to use some strapping and JB Weld to make a bracket but never got the chance. My pipes run through the front, around the rad and into the i/c. I used zip ties to secure the pipes inplace so there isn't any movement. It works great. Depending on what i/c you are using, you could weld on a set of bracket. Be careful though as you could blow a hole through it.
