White Vs. Black guages

I'm tryin to decide between speed huts black gauges with red number or the standard white indiglo gauges on ebay and the other car places.... i'm just not sure how the black/red ones will look and how readable they will be... or how it will look cause it might be too dark... any constructive advice or opinions would be appreciated

personally ive seen the white indiglo gauges sooo many times its startin to get annoying. lol. i do like them, but i think i would go diff. if i were u. i have blue indiglos but i think im gonna get a diff. color soon, just gettin tired of lookin at them hahah.

The stock guage lights in my grand am were red, they were alot easier to look at than white or green. Gives a nice look too!!!

white back ground ones look 100 thimes better.

Heck the red will be easier on your eyes. Heck I might try to get a Black background with blue numbers, that would be something to see.

ya the white backround really starts to get annoying i find. its cool for a few months, but then i just start to hate it.

we had 99 grand am too and i loved backlight in red, and ive got white on my mx3(indiglo) blue at night. I love both, would look nice on black car with black gauges, red interior, red backlightning.

i can agree with that... even when i bought mine i didnt really like them in the day time... but i keeping them cus i abssolutly love how they light up at night
