Yeah I'm planning on turning my MX-3 into a full fledged rally car...maybe even turn it into 4WD if possible. I am a rally fan like you would not believe and I do hope to compete in official rally races whenever i do get my car setup for it. Time and money...two things i need that i don't have

what plaform is the mx3 built on. is the the same as any of the awd cars. how hard would it be to convert to awd? Is it just a matter of bolting stuff into existing holes or am i smokin again. peace

basically the easiest way is... you take the body off the mx-3, and put it on the chassis of a wrx to get awd. in other words, you're smoking again

actually the easier way would be starting with a 4cyl mx3 and getting the parts from an AWD 323...everything would be bold on, the only customisation would be getting power to the rear wheels

Funny thing is. I know a girl that already has a VEtte sitting on a Ford Bronco chasis. And it too is 4wd.
