Side mirrior rattle

when my system hits the right side mirrior is lose the plastic and its rattles like crazy is there a way to tighten them up any one please help dont know about you guys i dont like to rattle

to tighten the mirror down you have to take off the plastic off of the interior to get to the screws, my mirror stopped working, now I have to go through all this trouble too just to see if it came unplugged or something.
