lots of people do... here's some things to check.
1. the trunk latch. I wrapped electrical tape around it and it shut up.
2. The spare tire well. Make sure there isnt any loose tools in the well. I Dynomated mine and that noise went away.
3. Tire Jack. Make sure its securely fastened with the bolt it comes with.
4. Hatch cover. I'm not quite sure what to do to secure it when going over bumps.
If you've checked all of these things it could quite possibly be the foam bumper reinforcement rattling around between the bumper and frame of the car. That noise isnt really heard from the inside of the car.. its almost a buzzin noise heard from outside with bass hits.
Hope that helps.

Haha, ALL of the above apply to me. My trunk right now is super creaky and noisy, I've just been too lazy to try and fix it, maybe when the weather is warmer, in the mean time I can put up with it. Just blast your music louder :)

Check your strut bushings, they make a very heavy thump, I've also found a piece of junk rattlin around in the speaker well, and a screwdriver down where the seat folds, also the left rear muffler support is so close to the spare tire well that it can hit if not properly supported.

i removed all of the large plastic black "housings" that surround in the trunk, which includes the displacement of the rear speakers, and i also removed everything from the spare tire well, including its wood "lid", and Still I Have A Noisy Trunk ... I'll post pictures soon. Removing all this stuff did nothing to alleviate the creaks and knocks over rough roads. What could it be? Suspension is all new, and my installer refuses to blame the coilovers he installed, but if it has to do with the suspension, I'm thinking rear swaybar bushings or strut bushings (although struts are new, just not the upper mounts though)

What's All That Racket Back There!?! Stop It!! STOP IT

when you hit a bump and theres some banging, its probably your bushing seeing as you have new suspension.

If it's a clank, its your coilovers. They're known to do that.

If it's a hard click, it's your axels (when turning)

Negatron..although I replaced 1 of the swaybar links..

I'll cut some rubber today and replace them while the car's on the lift @ the engine shop :D

The rattle is upper car though and in the cabin.. Not muffled @ all..

Maybe need to replace your hatch struts (dampers).... I know mines are worn out and make a lot of noise when I open and close the hatch... I can only imagine it makes noise when I hit every bump too! lol.
