lowering my car...

ok all you guys with cars that have it all...i need some help....i am interested in lowering my car.....now, i have a driveway that is gravel with a center strip of grass...and most of my friends' cars bottom out on it...how much can i lower my car without having this problem? i don't want to have to park at the bottem of the driveway in the winter. can ya lower it just a smitch...or what? and what would ya recommend in spending, and on what?<P>any advice is appreciated..thanx,<BR>heather
