How Do You Install a Rear Wing/Spoiler?

I just bought a 94 mx-3 / RS.<P>I would like to buy & install a standard factory rear wing/spoiler.<P>Does anyone know how to install these? Hard to do? Special tools? Drilling?<BR>Are they just a simple bolt on type deal?<BR>Thanks, Tim
