How to cut bumper and make custom grill?

Does anyone knows how to cut out the factory grill and replace it with custom grill...i heard you can use chicken wires and some glue, but doesn't know which kind...has anyone done this to your car and could u send me some pics of it?..thanx for the help<P>

i took out my factory grill and painted it chrome, it looks really good

How did you cut the bumper so smooth and where did you get the grill for the bottom part?

i did mine but want to re do it<BR>take some parchment paper tape it to your bumper & make a pattern......<BR>then transfer your pattern to cardboard.....test fit your card boad<BR>cut out the pattern w/ some gutter screen (in roofing section of home depot)then install...either screw it in or cut tabs and screw it in the top part of the bumper with an extension on a screw gun.....ifyou want you can install gaskets for window around the edge<BR>jason
