need help again

OK I finally get my ze running awesome. but I had a crack in the front valve cover. so yesterday I decided to change it. now the car wont go.
But we took notice that there was a little black wire that had broken off the disty cap. so we fix that up the best we can. and the car had spark.
But now we have no spark at all and there seems to be no power going through the harness we put a test light in the connector and it shows no power and my warning lights arent coming on either.
Does anyone know if there a fuse or a relay of something that controls all of this. its starting to drive me crazy. so any help would be great guys thanks.
