CAI and vacuum tubes?

I am converting/installing a integra 89-93 intake into my 93GS. How do you guys deal with the 3 smaller vacuums tubes? Thanks

there's one that plugs in the intake tube and the 2 other ones are left intact with bracket it is mounted with...just mount the bracket somewhere else

Thanks, Do I need to plug in a specific one? and leave the other two open?
