hey everyone, my car wont start? i hvae a 92 gs and it ran fine then i parked it in the garage to wait out the snow now it wont start, its nott he battery becasue ive used my charger overnight and still nothing, its sounds as if its going to start but never fully turns oveR? is this my starter or fule pump posibly?

turn the, open the hood and feel the fuel lines.
If they are hard, then there is pressure on it so the pomp works fine.
Check the color of the spark if there is any.
It could be the ignition
