Who has the yellow mx3 I saw on woodhaven blvd NY?

Hey I was driving on woodhaven blvd wed, in a red mx 3 with black outs. It was around 2 pm and I saw a yellow mx3 kind of decked out zoom by me. I was just wondering whos it was?

If the yellow one had black out tail lights, he's from Ozone Park, NY
