Hey peoples i have recently purchased a 92 mx-3 gs and i can not get it to turn over. Actually i can't even get the ignition to click so we changed it out and still nothing. However we can turn the head lights on but none of the dash lights will come on. Sorry this is so long but i really need help and i am hopeing that this has happened to someone before and someone knows what is wrong. Any info would be helpful thanx

Check all your fuses both in the fuse box in the interior and the engine compartment.... who knows that might be the problem!

thanx, but i have already tried that with no avail, but thanx for the reply anyway. Anyone else have any ideas on what it could be? any reply is appreciated.

All the ignition components? The no-start could be lots of things, but with a GS I'd bet on the distributor. No idea why the dash lights don't work if it's not a fuse - maybe a relay somewhere?

have your previoulsy put in a stereo system in maybe you have wires have been cut or something? but moe then likley if your getting power to ur headlights then its probly a fuse underthe hood that went bad is my guess but hey let us know when you find out

Still no luck with the car the lady i am buying it off of said that the stereo doesn't work but it is the stock stereo same as in my other mx-3. All the fuses seem to be in working order however car still won't turn over or even click like it is tryin to. Thanx for all of your replys and if i find out what it is i will let you know if anyone has had this problem before any help would be great thanx.
