My RPM goes up and down, does anybody know why?
I just replace my water pump and timing belt i don't think that will effect it.

My RPM goes up and down too but not hole time...it stays 0,8 (about) or 1,3 (about)...
Why?

An idle that oscillates like this is a sign of air leaking past a closed throttle plate or a mis-adjusted throttle position sensor. <p>Have you cleaned the throttle body with carb cleaner recently? Have you played with the idle air screw? Is the throttle closing completely? Has the TPS been replaced or adjusted lately?

How about this, mine usually idles at 800rpm. Though, when I put it in gear and have the clutch disengaged it will slowly rise to 1500rpm then drop, quickly, back down to 800. This only happens with the clucth disengaged and in gear. Not just when the clutch is pushed in.
