losen spark plug wire

happy new yr to all!
well there is a problem in my car. one of the spark plug wire on the engine is losen. it keeps being unattached to the engine. i try to push it back but it will pop up again. it is the 1 on the back row on the engine. i can still drive the car but is it a big problem or any1 knows whats wrong with it? please tell me if u do. thz!!
