Engine swap from 1.8l v6 to fe3??

Reading past posts, david speaks highly of the fe3 , my freind has a 1st gen mx6 with the fe3 and it flys,he tears my mx-3 a new arsehole lol! especially when the vics kicks in!!<P>thanks

I assume you're referring to Jay B's first gen MX-6. Best bet is to talk to him, as he was talking about putting one in a 91 Protege [same engine bay as a MX-3]. It'll probably cost 4k minimum to do it right. But man, it'll fly

Thanks for the quick reply david coleman... iv'e heard about jay b's fe3t<BR>through car cruises when i mingle wid the 1st gens, it sounds like that engine has potential! how do i get in contact with him...<P>thanks!
