Getting ready for the KLZE swap but need to know.....

the only thing holding me back is all the horror stories i hear about the car not idling right or running right. Has anybody found exactly what is goin on with that. I am goin to use my stock VAF, ecu, dist, and intake\exhaust manifolds. is this correct?
