is it possible to shortten the stock auto shift lever and how hard id it to install an aftermarket auto shift knob <BR> thanks [img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img]

first remove the old one.<BR>then you'll need a hack saw to shorten it, and find a place to put your hold button.<BR>here's a pic of mine <A HREF="

It depends on what kind of shift knob you use, that one slides right on and is held in place with some small screws.

yeah it slides right on its an apc knob <BR>any more i need to know any precautions i need to take does the stock knop just pull off <BR> thanks for all the help

I believe the stock shift knob comes off in 2 pieces? [img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img]
