Need speakers

Looking for some interior speakers<BR>5 1/4's to fit in the stock positions. If some one is looking to seel some I am looking to buy. Thanks.

I thought they might but was not totally sure. Will the 6 1/2" clear the window?

it really depends on the speaker you buy. The infinity's i have in clear without a problem, but the one's i'm selling to you dont. Infinity components will clear as well and they are one kick a-- set of speakers!

Sadly, on most Car Audio Databases. It states the front 2 speakers being 6 1/2 and the back speakers being 5 1/4 (To bad it's 6 1/2 all around,heh) . I bought Mb Quarts all around, and my windows do not clear the speakers in the front. Is there any way i could fix that?

depending on how far they go past the window, you could just dynomat a ring around the hole to make a kinda spacer, anything that could stick to the metal would work

If you don't get Infinity speakers, chances are you will need spacers. I have 6.5" Focal PolyKevlars in front. I used a .5" spacer made from MDF. [img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img]

cirwin-vega 6002 or the components are great speakers amazing frequency responce and sensitivity(90Db)

used soney explode 6 1/2" they clear all the way around, and there clear as a crystal even off the headunit. but also are capable of like 80 watts rms. not a bad price eaither!

Ha Sony Explodes, <BR>Dont buy Sonys the suck s--- man, they should stick to home electronics not car audio. I have Blaupunct Overdrive components in the front and cheaper Blau's in the back. They do a pretty good job but whatever u do stay away form sony

I don't know too much about car stereo, but I purchased sony cd-player with 2 sets of sony speakers(both 6 1/2): one on front and the other on rear. They were working just fine until someone broke into my car about 2 weeks ago. I used my insurance and they offered me a set of Alpine speakers for front, and purchased me new sony cd-player (CDX-CA850X). <P><A HREF="http://www.xplodsony.com/products/?CATE ... CDX-CA850X" TARGET=_blank>Sony - CDX-CA850X</A><P>I have to use remote to use that, but it looks pretty nice. I think it also sounds good to me.<P>Bungo
