I just wanted to tell you guys something..
At least not to get caught like I did..
There IS a difference between POSTAL ORDER and MONEY ORDER.
POSTAL ORDER need to be cash at a Post office.
MONEY ORDER need to be cash at a bank.
Do not mix them, as you'll get delays..
Exemple : I buy a POSTAL ORDER at CanadaPost, and send a payment to someone in the state, the person receiving it MUST NOT CASH IT IN A BANK, but in a post office of his country.
If you cash it at a bank, the bank will be doing the transaction with the Post Office, which will take times.
Well, that accident happen to me, never thought it was that difficult to pay someone
