For those of you who havent herd what happen,
My Mx-3 will more than likely be totalled out, Tuesday while i was sleeping, someone was so kind to side swipe my car and rip off the front passenger fender, push the front bumper forward, and take out my only teal mirror while damaging my door oh and bending the hood even more than it was. Now the car is still running fine but i had to rip the fender off to get to be able to move, without slicing into the tires. the guy was nice enough to leave his info but he still ran, when i called the police out the officer was nice enough not to charge the guy with a hit and run since he left all his information. So Wednesday morning i call the guy that owned the company that owned the truck, he is trying to fight me, but because the officer didnt file any charges against me he wont win (already talked to an attorney) BUT more than likely even though i have the hook up to obtain all the parts i need to fix the mx-3, the insurance companies probably gonna total my baby out. Right now im more worried about obtaining the money for the motor i put in since i was just put in 2 weeks ago.

Depending on what happens with the insurance company will determine what im gonna be doing with the car and motor, if they give me the money for the motor and the car i will just buy the car back and swap the 2.0 in another mx3, but if they just give me the money for the car and not the motor, ill still be buying the car, but selling the motor, as i wont be able to buy another mx-3 to put the motor in.

SIGH I HATE IDIOTS!

You can keep your car man--

No need to swap again or get rid of it.

You dont need a fender or a bumper!

& you dont get in or out thru the passenger side-- so itf thats busted shut it wont matter.

Keep the car, take the Ins $$, fix what you can, and when you get your next student refund, get your car fixed.

Hey-- Pat is getting the Passenger fender & door from Mike's car today-- so you have replacements for those.

No worries man!

(you were wanting a aftermarket front bumper anyway, right??)

How do you fight against something that is 100% his fault? You weren't even in the car for gods sake
