Searched but no luck,

I know its been posted before, ive seen it, but i cant find it on the board when i search. What does the Rx and Mx stand for? Ive heard rotary experiment, and mazda experiment, but was that ever confirmed as the real meaning? Just curious, someone asked me at school, and i wasnt sure what to tell them

I know RX stands for rotory experimental.
MX . mechanical Experimental? Mazda Experimental?

I've had 3 Rx7's and I believed it was rotary experimental all along also, but if you go to Rx7club.com and do a search on it you'll get a thousand people who will tell you it does not stand for that and a thousand that will....who knows....
