I am in the process of scanning my manual. Then I will be selling the hard copy on ebay. If you just need one section I can email it to you when I get it scanned.

Hate to say that, but that's highly illegal to copy & sell copyrighted material.
Unfortunately you might just have to go to the dealer and order one in.
Mine took 7 months, but it's handy to have one around :/
If you need info on a certain section/topic, just ask and someone should be able to give you a hand.

I think what he means is he will scan it so he has it all then he will sell the book.
