Squeeling Noise

Hey, ok i know what this noise is caused by i just want to know if someone can tell me how to fix it. ok most everytime i start the car, there is a squeeling noise and itll last a while sometimes. i know its the belts but can you please tell me what to do to fix it? thanks.
