70,000 mile service

My 1993 RS has just passed 70,000 miles and I was wondering what service stuff I should be checking. I have replaced the plugs and plug leads in the past 6 months but that is about all. I know I need to change the oil but what other fluids should I change? Is it worth changing the stock air filter? If I were to clean the idle valve thing how exactly do I do it (i had the idle problem for exactly 1 day about 12 months ago and it just dissapeared!!) Any little bits and pieces that need adjusting or stuff to look out for? How do I clean the distributor or rotor cap?
Sorry for the long post, thanks for any advice.

mainly, the timing belt. Sugegsted that it be changed @ 60,000 miles per your owners manual.
I changed mine much later than that, but I'd atleast have it checked.

timing belt, accessory belts, fuel filter, oil/oil filter, air filter, pcv valve. if it's an auto, tranny fluid. when's the last time you had the radiator flushed/cleaned? at least drain and refill.

It is a manual, an I have had it 18 months and apart from the oil plugs/plug leads and 4 new tyres and rims have changed/fixed nothing.
It seems to be running fine but I would much sooner prevent something happening than having to fix it when it does. Is it worth taking it into mazda for a full service? if so how much US$$$ can I expect to be screwed for?
Cheers
