R.I.P. Another MX bites the dust

Today is June 21st and it marks a sad day. My girlfriend on her way to work was sandwiched care of a 97'Ramming her from behind crushing her into a 98 sable at a stop light. The rear end is shot. The front end was damaged due to the fact it went underneath the rear end of the sable. <P>I am now without a MX and will thus be leaving this forum. I think I will probably be buying another MX-3 or a 200SX SE-R.<P>Until then........it was nice being here [img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img]

What'd ya do with what's left of it? what color was the interior and do you want to part it out/sell the whole thing?<P>how's the engine/tranny?

Its blaze red. The interior is black. I have a spare engine in my garage that I bought a few months ago I was gonna do a K8 swap. Im asking $200 for it. Im not sure if I can part the car out. It was smashed today at 5:00p.m. so the insurance company wont be able to be contacted until Monday. I think it will be written off and Im not sure if they take over ownership or what happens. what kind of engine is it? Is it a KL-ZE or the V-6 out of a probe? LEt me know I might be interested. HOw many miles onit and where did you get it from?

the KL-ZE never came in a probe. You're thinking of the KL-03. the ZE came in jap. mx-6's and such

LOL... Has your girlfriend read this yet? You can defently tell that we are car guys when the main priority is the car and not the driver... I hope your girlfriend is allright... Make sure she doesnt read this topic. LOL Unless shes one of those cool girlfriends that realize that you cant compete against a guys car...

She is cool. Her back is pretty messed up. She was supposed to buy a 93 special edition this morning but when her dad got to the dealership it was already sold. So she is pretty bitter.<P>I will try to get the mirror<P>I will post pictures later this week.

Its 5spd. I wont be buying it back cuz I have no space to keep it as Im away at school
