grinding noise

i just replaced my clutch. when i put it in reverse it grinds the gears. Iknow i have to adjust the clutch cable but I dont know how. Any ideas on how to solve the problem

Hey there bud just to let you know that there your clutch is hydralic and the only thing which I know is you bleed the slave cylinder and you should notice something there.

my friend told me it was hydraulic. but the corksport info on the clutch install said i needed 3 quarts of trasmission fluid. so i was leaning towards their advice. and as far as bleeding the clutch i did that already. it grinds only in reverse. any other suggestions that might be helpful?
