which shifter bushings?

my shifter is getting difficult to put into gear, especially first, and i assume its the shifter bushings going bad. i want to replace them anyway, so does anyone know a good reliable company to get them from? does energy suspension make them for the 1.6L DOHC?<BR>thanks<P>dave

I would say that it also may be the synchros in your transmission. Just a thought.
