fuel mod?

I was looking through the archives the one day and found some things about people plugging up a vacuum hose that conects to the fuel pressure regulator? if this is correct, can someone give me directions as to which hose i should be plugging up? also it is for a 4cyl.<BR>thanks<P>chris 93 RS
