Anyone have neon light kit under their mx-3?

A friend of mine is interested in purchasing a good quality(bright and tube protectant)light set for his mx-3. Was just wondering if any of you had any experience with neons. Which kind is best and about how much US$?

im in canada and each tube here costs like $50 a piece, for only 12" of neon.<BR>i have a homemade kit, and its completely waterproof, i just have Eurolite brand lights (6 of them) under my car, and have driven in the snow and rain with them and they are still in perfect condition...

im picken up 2 48" and 2 24" (full underneath car kit) for $100 from a neon guy thants rents from my mom. (i kinda got a good deal

Check out ebay. There are some pretty good kits for about $100

If you get stuff get "Street Glow" trust me they are the best in their field of knowledge. If you get a "Gold Series" kit from them it comes with a lifetime warrenty even if they break. You can find a "Gold Series" kit on eBay for about $150.<P>Although with my '92 MX-3 I couldn't find a place to put them, without them breaking very often.

Wild T is right i just have like a 15" one wedged in the hatch and its brighter than anyone ive ever seen and it got me two tickets
