I already have waaaay more than $4k investied in this thing. Although you're right, I will do as much of the work myself as I can.

Yeah the guy who did the job.. my dad's known him for ages.. been doing cars for 43 years.. and his son is just as good.. he does a lot of custom graphics (his son).. so they are really good people.

Finally all the waiting is about to pay off.

I'm amazed at the shine on that hood...

The rest of the car doesn't shine as much simply because they brought the car back into the shop to do some small things and it was getting dusty.. so they are cleaning it up now.

Well went down there. I hate the waiting stuff but they have like.. 2 small things to do. Though the car was outside. here are some pics:

Yeah I asked about it and he said that's the best he could do without f'ing up the fiberglass. He has the hood bend straight (and if you look from the side you can see the hood is perfectly aligned with the side), but the bumper is just a tad bit off...

I also have to ask about the turn signals on the front too.. they need to be put in their spot haha.

Yeah I guess some of those aftermarket bumpers just have shitty alignment.

It almost looks like it sags around the headlight/hood area.. but it's looking at the sides when you see everything is right, it's just got an off alignment.

still happy with the results though
