Mooneggs...Are you going to leave the tow hook white, or paint/powder coat etc?

more than likely I will just prime it... lol go figure
although for some reason I am really tempted to paint it bright red and I have no idea why
oh and steve is correct... I just mentioned that the hook I installed is from the UK but they were on all euro mx-3's eunos presso as well... any of them that have the OEM fog light bumper has the hook as well...

I finally changed out my passenger side CV axle... I guess it was about time eh? I drove on it this way for at least 6 months

yeah I'm an idiot... anyways it is fixed now
I also installed an additional horn just for the heck of it
I also sprayed the horn and the tow hook primer black...

Take it from me the horn sounds like it came straight of the short bus that I rode to school everyday. Instead of a Beep Beep it is more of a Bawh Bawh.

Nice!! About cruise control switches, do it like I will do - use switches from 626 (1991-1997) from the steering wheel.

yeah I think I might try that... I'll take the cover off the wheel and see how much room I have to work with... or maybe I'll just wait and see pics of your install LOL

Hey Mooneggs what did you use to put your ms style side skirts on. I was thinking double sided tape for around th body and screws under the sill and on just inside the door.

yes screws are what I used... I was thinking about using double sided tape on the top edge right behind the door. I have yet to do this but I'm sure it would work - just make sure the contact surfaces are clean/free of dirt so the tape will stick well

I used to managed a window manufacturing facility and we used a 3M VHB 2 sided tape to construct curtainwall glass panels (no exterior framework) which were up to 12'x9' and 10mm thick. Your local 3M distributor should be able to supply it for you.
This stuff is amazing. Stick the tape to the skirts and then carefully apply the skirt to your car's body. You must be very certain of your placement before sticking the skirt on cuz once its on it will NEVER come off...seriously...ever. If you think you may want to remove them later, don't use VHB tape.
Just a thought.

Thanks to the fast car for helping out by carrying the rims to the shop for new shoes

I got the new tires mounted so they will be installed on the slow car saturday!

yeah these are my favorite of all time rims for looks

yes it is a full size honeycomb rim in the fast car and I have a donut in the slow car but I am hoping to find another TSW razor to replace the damaged one then use the damaged one for the spare
