Please confirm the arrival/departure dates in case I missed or you wish to change anything before I go ahead and cancel dates and get the refunds back. Preferably, I would like a confirmation from each person/group that paid.
Payment should be made within a reasonable amount of time as I do have a fairly hefty credit card balance for this month. If you absolutely can't pay until July, then I'll just round up to the nearest $100 instead of making complex interest calculations

I wasn't able to get any sites on the BIG open area that we had last year, but Bear Creek has some nice treed areas, and the loops that we are in, it does look like we have a bit of green space at least. I have tried to make it so that those with little ones have a bit of open area to dance & frolic.
Everyone should be ok with where they are, but if you really don't like where you are and want to move, let me know as soon as possible or else you will have to negotiate at the campground when we get there.
Each site has room for two vehicles, however you will have to pay if you want more than one vehicle at the site. You can alternate who gets to park at the site, or you can just pay the $12/night if you want to keep them both there. It's a 2 minute walk to the parking area outside of the campground if you are ok leaving your vehicle out there (none of us have had problems there in the past).
