And if you had read it a bit more careful, it also says this:
*Note: Please check with our Distributor Pakfeifer Tuning for purchasing this kit*

So, not in stock, and Oscar is the person to check with before ordering those parts from MMI.

*Note: Please check with our Distributor Pakfeifer Tuning for purchasing this kit*

Correct,

I would have been the distributor of the kits; since MMI is not on the ball, well you can all conclude for yourselves what the story is. I assure you he is not selling ANYTHING on his website, and If i guess right, his site will go down once that expiry date takes effect.

I did receive an email from Michael yesterday demonstrating Abe's desire to finish his end. Included in the email were pics of the Intercoolers and turbos. although I only saw 2 of each.

There doesnt appear to be any quick resolve to this imo. The officers have not contacted me since the report. I am only left to assume they dont give a rats a-- about the case.

I might be heading down myself during reading week ( mid Feb) to see them in person and the officer in charge of the case.

I just wanted to say I went to Pakfeifertuning.com and went to purchase the turbo kit and it was going to let me. It didn't say anything about a back order or anything, there was even a cerificate issue with the checkout process for this kit. I didn't want to put this on here but I asked you in a pm why it was on your site and you didnt answer so I put it here. I don't think it should be there if you don't have the kit and if you do have it you need to send it to the people who have paid for it. its bad enough that people in Canada have parts and I don't when I paid for mine before they did. To me thats kinda shady.

I dont see why the listing should be removed. Once this is cleared, im sure Abe will inform me of the supplier of the pipes. I will retail the kit on my own without the affiliation of MMI.

Of course the website will not warn you of backorder. I dont know how to set it up in that manner.

I can reassure you that I have had MANY inquiries for the kit and have informed them of the pending situation and no subsequent orders have been accepted.

If someone were to order it as you did, they would be informed of the same thing.

Not shady at all, you made an assumption.

i clicked on the purchase button it didnt send me to pakfeifertuning, I could have check out the kit & bought it. If it is not avaible then it should not be avaible on his web site. Plus it there should be are direction link.
I just think if it is not avaible for purchase it shouldnt be able to be bought

So your telling me had I put in my Credit Card info you you wouldn't have charged it? That is the thing i'm trying to find out. Are you letting more people put there money on hold for this thing? Its not me making any assumptions I'm asking questions. I never said you did anything. But sure you know how to put backorder on the part. You simply put it in parenthasees () under the name. And tell them to inquire about it if interested.

The kit will fit all K series V6, although efficiency will depend on the turbo used for capacity and boost the engine is designed for. So K8 will need smaller Turbo and DE/ZE etc bigger, depending on when spool and management are programmed, injectors will also need selecting for suitability. The exhaust manifods are all the same size and the D/P will need the same lower x-member fabrication 2.5" OR 3" dia. The inlet side of the kit, ie K8/DE/ZE/MS8 wil only need minor modification to adapt to the TB so to be fair the kit when/ if it is completed will give all the basic setup for and K series V6, what components depends on the spec and capacity of the engine used

Lets hope they materialise, :?
