Well My p/s pump was pooped so I replaced it with the one of the ze. seems to work ok. I also pulled the intake manifold and applied a small amount of silicon gasket to the thermo spacers. and the the plate on top of the manifold above the #1 Vris along with the egr plate on the back of the mani. I replaced all the vac lines with new ones. I deleted the egr system and used the klze vacuum diagarm to run all the new lines. The car seems to run a little better. still not 100% .. My #1 vris is not working also. so I will use the one off my k8. I'll double check my timing also. The car jus doesnt seem all there.

Well its running a lot better. still Idles high. My two intake cams were off by one tooth. so that explanis the blow back. I trippled check all the vac lines and rest the tps again, checked all fluids, started it up and ajusted the dinisty. Now is sounds a hell of a lot better :) checked both VRIS and they seem to be working. everything looks good. Now if the roads were just clear I could take it out for a spin.

Heres a vid of it running.

Cheap batteries are OK in my book as long as it works. The ZE sounds great and in the dark pics it looks sick (in a good way :) ) Nice work on it altogether. Its nicely done.

you weren't talkin about the snow stopping you were you? i could have swore you were talking about the chevy (trailblazer?) blocking the garage stopping you. the ZE has power. if you spin the tires enough it'll eventually reach pavement and move. once that happens turn and pull the E-brake

on a side note: you didnt shovel all that did you? i hope you atleast put a piece of plywood infront of the chevy  it makes things easier

Holy Snow Machine!

If you shoveled all that snow, you'll be ripped.
I kinda miss the snow. Here in Bama, we are snowless. :(
Looks like fun though. I take it no more updates? :(

I decided to *customize* :welder: my front bumper. I did not like the way it was sitting. So I decided to try something. If I dont like it ... It can always get mounted on the wall!
