I won't drive it around until this spring. I deleted the heater core and really need to re-rout the intercooler pipes before she is road worthy.

Small update. I just purchased an additional bp with a complete GTX turbo setup and ecu. I'm not sure if it will become a backup build or a heart transplant for a nice daily driver. :D

O yes......

I'm building a new style of side skirting for the mx-3.
I just purchased a fender roller and successfully rolled one 1/4 last night.
My intercooler setup is being rerouted alongside my new slimmer "race" radiator.
And............. I purchased some paint for a base clear respray.

Pics to follow.

I have been trying to get some little things done for when good weather hits.
These are the custom taillights I'm working on.

I like what you did with the tails  you should paint the altezza solid black and it will emphasize the rings more. 8)

The lights are actually a pain to get right. The reverse lens on the altezza actually hits the factory outer lens. To fix this, I heated up a round screwdriver end with a torch in order to melt and shape the inner lens where it hits.

Looks good, I am actually doing the same thing :) I ended up taking the round reflectors off, then trimmed the OE back up housing to fit the altezza.

I like the carbon look in there.

I was nervous about trimming the oe inner lenses because I didn't want to make a spot where moisture could get in.

not the lens just the grey plastic diffusor behind the lense for the reverse light. I was just trying to make the reverse light function through the OE reverse location. I can send you pictures of what I am talking about when I get home.
