Do you have a minimum number of people before we get a discount?
Would it be a problem if I ordered two HID kits?

i would say the group buy i will set as 15 people minimum, before discount is 238 shipped, after discount is 198 shipped. no problem with 2 HID kits, just add the extra amount will be fine.

Once the GB is going you will sell 10 times that many. And then probably 10x again on the second round.

What?!... I thought Jeff already had someone coming by? Are you still looking for a volunteer?!
Someone who's damn interested that lives in that area please go by so we can get this group buy on the road... gah!
So for other group buy's there had to be someone who went to the supplier physically to verify the seller?!... I don't see that.
PLUS, do you have at least 15 sets on hand to make the 15 people minimum GB... cause I know once this ball gets rolling that no one wants to wait for your manufacturer to send you stuff so that you can set us stuff?

I think that after you sending a set to Jesse, him taking quality control and showing how well they fit, the service and quickness you had, it would be ok, I am just wanting some headlights and the ebay companies don't want to match the 198shipped price...
