Still waiting for pictures..... lol

Anyways, someone should buy some pods from Neuman, he has a lot of free time and keeps wanting to build stuff ;)

But seriously, PODS are AWESOME!!!

My only beef with the placement is I will constantly worry that one of my idiot passengers will kick the pod...seriously, I am running out of places to put the bodies...

I guess it matters how old your passengers are... but with all my friends their feet go past them so it really would only be their legs taping them. And so far no kicks there. One did kick the dash and put a like score in the plastic though... I really don't know why/how....

I had one guy who would constantly hook his foot under the panel under the glovebox, which ended up ripping off, and kick the door panel, which ended up breaking...and he had the ball to act like it was somehow my fault =\

I guess what I am trying to say is, can the pods double as a makeshift taser?

clayton knows my kids and they can be a handful the way they feed off each other sometimes. but when in my car its game over. they know the rules! as for people of other ages. tell them to respect your s++t or walk. it has always seemed to work for me.

i could build the pods to be more of a flush mount if that is what you would like. so only the speakers grill is hanging off the door surface.

Just curious on what systems you guys are running in your cars, weather it be subs, pioneer, sony, alpine, or what have you im in need of a speaker system to keep up wit my 12" sub and i need ideas.
im currently funning a 12" pheonix gold sub with 6.5" sony's for the front and stock rear speks, the rear spkrs were disabled when i bought the car and i just found out today as i was painting my spker covers that the fronts were sony. The whole thing is controled by a pioneer deck only a month old. Problem is my sub levels are on minimum and the spkrs cant keep up with treble levels at max.
I dont have tweets yet but hopefuly soon.

just to get back to tweeter placement, I have a hole in my panel from manual -> electric window conversion, is that a good spot for some tweets?

EDIT: haha just realised this thread was 1 year+ old, if neuspeed is still around it'd be great to get a response

just finnished my streo upgrade.. :D i got a panisonic uhd3500 head unit and alpine type s for front and rear speakers with tweets.
with a new 12" ported box for my sub, and of course im gonna go with the flow on the tweeter placement.

is it bad that i can walk into a car audio place, drop four bills and not feel bad in the slightest?

old topic but why not use the tweeter pillar for the mazda 6's and put them on the door pillar instead of punching holes in the door panel ?

do up some minor fabrication if needed.
