It does sound like a classic case of crappy endlinks then. Mine function ok but after trying to remove them to allow for install of Energy Suspension stabilizer bar bushings, appears at least some of my endlinks require cutting for removal. I've been following this post with interest because Tongue's endlinks were much more reasonable cost than what Mazda quoted me for stock replacements. I'm not completely convinced yet on their design for longevity yet though...

the only draw back tough I'm noticing is that they squick..only the rear passanger one..I guess i'll have to oil it or something..It's really buging..

Okay well i was under the car looking at thoose endlinks,never actually thought about how they worked

But as i could see the bushings "looked" allright,but its just like a bolt incapsulated in rubber in each end,so that its abel to move around,Right??

As i see it,the rubber could be worn or maybe even have a hole around the bolt inside the rubber without it beeing visible from the outside,so they still could be whats causing the clunking...

Or will they allways be visible from the outside if theyre bad??

Well that was what i thought,that the endlinks could be worn inside the bushing,guess im going to change the two in the front and see if it helps "just dont know if i should get OEM-ones or theese bushingless-solid endlinks"

I guess the only other thing it can be if not my endlinks,then its the strutmounts that are clunking

Where's the best place to buy these in Canada? Anyone know?

The local Mazda shop wanted to charge me $473.08 to stick them on, but I figure this would be easy enough to do myself.

Hwo are your motor mounts? When my wife's motor mounts tore, she got a NASTY clunking noise when she hit bumps.
