Re: How to make your own "Euro Bumper" AaronTietje - 1993 MX
Bumper looks like its going to come out really good. Was going to attempt the same thing myself. Did you a Euro bumper to compare it to to make the foglight holes? Also is that a subwoofer port?

Looking sharp! Although I'd say the MS bumper looks better. But this bumper isn't made out of fiberglass so theres a plus.

Love it! Any resin why you left your side markers in instead of trying fill it with something? Like a shaped block of wood.

Please don't tap on the hood. It disturbs the gerbils.

I think when all is said and done I will still like the MS bumper better. However, this should be a "good" looking bumper that I can use for SCCA. I don't want to eat a cone with the fiberglass MS bumperRobMinhas wrote:Looking sharp! Although I'd say the MS bumper looks better. But this bumper isn't made out of fiberglass so theres a plus.

Well, using the marker was just plain easier. It already fits great and all I had to do is put a few washers under it to bring it out close to flush.

Re: How to make your own "Euro Bumper" AaronTietje - 1993 MX
you should open up the lower grille. cut out that middle part and throw some mesh in...
i'll probably be doing this, maybe even run some ducting to the front brakes.
