Had to grab a new wastegate actuator, old one wasn't opening till 20 psi which is bad.

Just random shots of how the pipes are:

These brackets are a nice touch:

There is a small issue with the water hose inlet from the rad, its too close to the
downpipe so its being modified.

Took some exhaust shots, forgot to get them up earlier. 2.5" with resonator
and a dynomax super turbo muffler.

The non shiney tip makes it very sleeperish. I may or may not change it later.

This is great work... have you thought about putting the gauges in the 2 middle vents?

I think I may mold the autometer black gauge cups
into the sides of the vinyl where they are.

keeps all the info at one glance

yeah I think it would be cool if someone would make a cluster with a spot for 2 gauges like that for 1 on each side for the 92-93 dash... I remember seeing a DSM with that product... I like it!

looking good!
Why do you need to calibrate the Wideband more than once?

Multiple reasons, mostly for accuracy. Change in altitude is the largest concern at 3438 ft above sea level

So the oil return has been moved from here:

To here (measured 3.5L fluid it sits just below that spot):

Preserving stock looks:

Falken Ziex 912s on some refinished GS rims:

And the all important dyno, you can see the boost was leaking then it popped
off the hot side pipe and asploded.

I have some minor things to do - front and rear motor mounts are not happy so
I have some new ones coming in. The intake needs to be plumbed over to the
driver side wheel well. And im deciding whether to run the IAC intake to the
main intake or just get a small filter and leave it up top. Also gauge permanent
placements and getting an alignment.

After that in approx 3 weeks of bombing around at 4-5 psi im taking it back for
the final tune.
