0.5 bar for KL-ZE

so from 2,5k rpm is full boost but near limiter m62 is weakens but still on map.
I think, I`ll do smaller pulley for 0,5 - 0,6bar

I'm definitely keeping tabs on this build, you're doing a fine job.
What I wouldn't do to have your MX-3 budget... I'm green with envy on that one, big time! I'll get there eventually, right now I'm contemplating selling off performance parts to buy other ones.

Thanks
I don`t have idea to do this better with such a small place for outlet:

what about cutting a small section of the lower core support to allow for a couple more inches of room. you can always weld a piece of sheet back in to make sure the strength is still there. that should allow for enough room to bring the outlet out to a full pipe diameter of your choice instead of having what looks like in the drawings to be quite a bottleneck.

I`ll take the simplest way - it will fit

of course it will be gap 1cm from bar

I'm not a fan of that design, the outlet will cause too much turbulence, and you'll probably lose boost that way, go from low volume high pressure, to high volume low pressure.

I would split and flair the pipe to increase its base so it flows better. but otherwise great!

Some news...
I bought stronger master cylinder from MX-6. I thing brakes feeling with my MS6 brakes will be better.
And other parts:
new short shifter:
And more parts for supercharging:
Everything will be 60mm diameter and weighs 10kg incuding intercooler.
I also bought AFR Innovate with gauge.
Like I said, I will remove flowmeter so I must find a solution with air intake temperature. So I find this:

Bosch Motorsport IATsensor and it will be fit in intake
Stay tuned...

I did try and warn you about this in May
Looking good! My only concern for you is with using the AC bracket you push the whole setup out further. It makes the outlet very close to the front frame of the car, maybe yours is offset higher up then mine though.
Keep up the great work though, you'll get there

I'm not sure if you addressed this already, if so I missed it reading through your WL, but are you using MegaSquirt to read that IAT sensor and remove the VAF meter? I've been planning to do this myself, and am hoping to see how you'll manage
I love this build, keep up the good work!

thanks mate
I propably use smart piggy back called ECUMASTER. This is polish product and works fine with many other project. It has integral Map sensor (like MS) so i can remove stock VAF.
Some screens from software:
