No, you see, the trick goes as such:
1) Post a good reply, show you're not some spammer and you actually know your stuff and are a contributing member of the site. It'll give your post count some meaning, some weight, where your reputation actually gets multiplied by your postcount (Rep = Rep x √PostCount).
2) Once that's done, odd and pointless posts that follow really don't stand out as irrelevant spam
3) Using long winded replies that sound intelligent make the useless point sound good and relevant, regardless on how off-topic it may be.
3) Rather than quoting and put everything in a single post, do multiple quotes as multiple posts, it really brings up the post count
4) Put in errors in your post. People here like to nit-pick than harass, comment and reply on it. It helps distract to the spamming. It also encourages addition responses to their replies. The more the thread gets off topic, the more and more you can willingly spam and get away with it.
5) When threads get into multiple pages, your responces get broken up so your attempts to post whore get that little less attention

Don't take it personally man. I've been here a long time and I've seen a lot of newcomers offering a lot of bad advice. Based on your comments, it appeared that you might be another like that. If you're not, I appologize.
