2RotorsNaDream wrote:Now all you need to do is hit the booth and paint all those panels. Everything on my front end is CF except for the bumper, and it looks so much cleaner painted.

Also, why didn't you do a turbo first? I test drove of those a few years ago and they are really very underpowered for that great chassis, it reminds me of an RX-8 in that way.

Looking good though so far, everythings lined up nicely.
Well I want to boost it.... but with the wife and I trying to have a baby... Money becomes a factor and I am lucky I was still able to do all this stuff! She has got me a bunch of stuff for the S2k for Xmas (not even labled to me it's labled "To: S2000 Love: Santa") But I was in a boosted one and there is a huge difference!
And it took about a month to get it all lined up to where I was happy with it!
But thanx for the comments!

why dont you just get that 3m di-noc carbon vinyl wrap for the rest, if you're going to keep the whole CF look

Funny you say that... I have just done a bunch of interior parts with that stuff! Got 2 rols of 6ft by 1 ft of it for $45 shipped! Stuff is awsome but It would look to different since it is like Dry carbon and the front is wet.

+1 I love that raw carbon look, reminds me of the hks time attack evo/ferrari f40. It just makes the car look that much more serious

They Actually do make carbon fiber sheets of sticker material . Still real Carbon fiber though. if you wanted it to match aesthetically then you can just apply that to the doors and quarters and just clear it to blend the seams

I know it is still pretty expensive though in larger sheets

EDIT * I didnt see the second page where someone already recommended this .. haha
