the rev bounce is definitely a vacuum leak. Check the accordion tube in the intake for cracks. That will fix a lot of your problems, too.
Have you performed a tuneup at all? You should fix that vac leak, readjust your idle....

That's alot of fail....something definitely is wrong....
What ECU/VAF combo are you using on your ZE?

Oh my god... that car needs some surgery. First of all the idle shouldn't be that high, there are obviously some major issues that need to be addressed before even trying to tackle the whole emissions thing. Make sure none of your sensors are malfunctioning, everything is adjusted to specs, etc.

well dont give up on your car yet. cheak around the tb for a vacume leak. i forgot to put the gasket on mine when i did the swap and it messed up my vacume system. cheak plugs for leaks. i had the same exact problem until i fixed my vacume system.
trust me its not worth giving up on.
