Thx Pat and Dan.
I thought it may be the Int shaft or the tranny itself. If its the tranny I don't care as I got a low KM one I am gonna put in next year.
As for the int shaft, well I think I may grab a new one from a parts store just to be safe and see what happens (depending on price) or get a used low KM one. The problem is that the 94+ mx3 int shafts have 2 bolt holes, not 3 like this:
92-93:
-0
0 0
94+
0
--0
I had to drill out a extra hole on the left side of the 94 shaft (where the hole would normally be on the 92-93 shaft, you could see a casting mark where they plugged the hole, there was a slight indentation and I used that as a guide) and then it lined up, but the right side IIRC doesn't line up so there is still only two bolts holding it in. Not to mention I had to cut off the top of the damn INT shaf plate slightly to fit under the webbing of the KLZE motor as it was touching! I just was not able to get the right shaft in time before I dropped the motor in. Hoist rental was adding up.
BUT, why was this also happening, although not as bad, on my last mx? Diff tranny, 3 bolt shaft, etc?
I guess after trying these methods and it fixes it i dont care, but just kinda weird. I will post up when I have more info
