How to explain water in the doors ?

I think you have to actually take the door off to get it completely off.

Why? There's no part that goes anywhere near the hinges. Maybe other people are talking about a different piece, but I'm talking about the pieces that press against the window at the bottom of the window opening.

Yea that's what I figured, I really doubt that it's the problem because I can't see how that would let water get into the doors.
