I am going to try and talk to him, hiding a video camera recording, and I'll make notion as to "why" he slashed my tires. Once he gives me a reason why, bam, it's off to the law with him.

just buy a brand new backpack with some gloves on. Then fill it with computer parts also with gloves on.
Try to get his car alone, and place the backpack near. Then go to a payboot and call the cops , really scared about a strange man , that left the backpack near that car.
He was wearing a turbante ( hair towel) ... u have to make this quick, so that they call the bomb squad before he comes back.
They will blow your backpack, and guess where ... next to his car

If you retaliate your at his level. If you get caught your screwed and the embarassment. He may not be the one who did it either. You could see if anyone would warm up to him then eventually get him to spill the beans. Then they would be your witness. I had a dog named Lassie (ya same kind of dog as on the show). A guy two houses up the street shot him one night during a windy snow storm. I went on a hunt to find my dog and got a call in the spring from a guy that my dog had washed up on his beach. I went and picked the dog up and he had a bullet hole in his flank. I have friends with connections to some very bad people. I wanted to take care of him myself but I had kids so. I let it go. To this very day I know where he lives and what he does. Someday I may get an opportunity but if not I feel I did the smart thing and put my family first. It was real tough to do. Felt like I wasn't being a man but I knew that was just my ego talking.
